Didier Dagueneau Pur Sang 2023 [NET] OLDRIOJA Flavors of mangoPur Sang means 'pureblood,' and it's one of Dagueneau's defining cuvees. The Loire's most legendary Sauvignon Blanc estate, founded by Didier and now run biodynamically by his son Louis Benjamin, draws this wine from chalky limestone soils almost entirely lacking the flint that marks its sibling Silex. The result is a purer, more crystalline expression: citrus, quince and mineral cut with electric acidity. Intense, precise and built for the cellar.
