Birds are then put on pasture for up to 10 weeks then finished on chopped, organic alfalfa hay and raw goat's milk until ready for market around 11 12 weeks of age. Their market weight is anywhere between 4 6 lbs, making this a naturally plump, juicy and excellent tasting meat that was raised ethically and processed humanly. This old fashioned tasting bird is
