A handmade Bronze Russian icon of Palm Sunday. 19th Century. gold as mother of JesusA Russian icon of Palm Sunday, made out of bronze. (1810 1820) The icon is in excellent condition. Size: 4. 5x4. 5 cm. 1. 7x1. 7 inch. This item comes with a certificate from the Israeli Antiquities Authority. The Icons themselves are similar in composition. To the left is the Mount of Olives and to the right is the city of Jerusalem, often depicted with the domed Temple (in later icons it may also anachronistically be topped by a Cross, like a
