It did have a crack on the back of the headstock between the tuners (this is fairly common)

The neck pickup was rewound and there are two very small routes or chip outs under the guard for some unknown reason

These have the exact same dimensions, bracing and woods as a 000 18 (except for the top). So Joel Whitehead converted it to a 000 18 by adding the top and bridge and finishing it in a really cool aged shadetop. During the conversion process he also repaired 1 back crack and did a neck reset and refret. So this guitar is ready to go. Huge neck. It plays and sounds great. The back, sides, and neck all
