And when we say handcraft, we mean it. After the agave roasts are in the ground, they are removed and crushed by hand using a large wooden mallet. After natural, wild fermentation, it is distilled in a clay pot still. Nose: Caramel and floral notes, with figs and agave. Palate: Vanilla sweetness, blended with green fruits and bursts of citrus. Finish:
