Pink Lucite Flower Pendant Necklace Toys They needed a good cleanThis is a lovely lucite ex brooch which I have made into a necklace. Lucite was developed in the 1930s and was originally used for military aircraft windshields. It transitioned into high fashion costume jewellery in the 1940s 50s as a cheaper alternative to glass and bakelite. The flowers to the center of the pendant are a bright pinky coral and I found some fabric flowers to go amongst the beads of the necklace.
