Mrs C's Lamington Cake Size:7” (10 - 12 servings) Filled and topped with ourOur take on Australia's traditional lamington cake with a little more style. Two layers of our light sponge vanilla cake, which is dipped into rich chocolate and rolled in coconut. Filled and topped with our house made jam with added buttercream and cream. Seasonal fruit is placed on top of this scrumptious creation with a hint of edible gold leaves. This cake is not like our other tiered layered cakes, which have larger serving sizes. Please take
