Nose: Fig jam on toast points, whole grain waffles with honey drizzle, cracked walnut shells, dried wildflowers, cedar. Palate: Honeyed cereal, crme caramel custard, almond macaroons, toasted biscuits with herbal jelly, subtle banana taffy. ABV: 44%
