The bubbles obtained by the second fermentation in the bottle are fine and persistent. Aromatic on the nose, with vibrant ripe red berries and floral tones. In the mouth it shows a luscious red fruit character balanced with medium body and refreshing acidity, which is enhanced by its fine sparkles. The grapes are hand picked, and machine harvested early in the growing season to retain freshness.
