Solid teak but unknown manufacturer (very G plan in quality) Professionally upholstered in original 1960s barkcloth fabric, with a piped edge. All in very good condition Has a hindged bar underneath which can be flipped up to make a flat stool, or down to make an angld one, depending on comfort.
