The Kurayoshi 12 Year Old Pure Malt 70cl Villa Ascenti made with green ginger andKurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky 12YO was aged for over 12 years in ex bourbon white oak barrels. It is rich and fragrant with a nutty character and bold malt flavours. It is a well balanced whisky with hints of vanilla, raisin and faint smoke. The light finish is a reminder of Tottoris pure spring water used during distillation. Not chill filtered. A bouquet of orange peel, lemongrass, malt and almond. The palate has a core of fruity notes and white grapes.
