The most common any-grade imAE categories (2.0% of participants) in the STRIDE arm were endocrine events (16.5%, including hyperthyroid events, hypophysitis, and hypothyroid events), hepatic events (7.5%), diarrhea/colitis (5.9%), dermatitis/rash (4.9%), and pancreatic events (2.3%) (Supplemental Table S2, Hepatic events and endocrine events were the most common any-grade imAE categories (2.0% of participants) in the durvalumab monotherapy arm, occurring in 6.7% and 6.2% of participants, respectively (Supplemental Table S2, Across the STRIDE and durvalumab arms, the proportions of participants who had a hepatic imAE that resolved, or led to discontinuation of study drug, or did not resolve were similar (Supplemental Table S3, The most common any-grade imAEs (2.0% of participants) in the STRIDE arm were hypothyroidism (10.1%), hyperthyroidism (4.6%), diarrhea (4.4%), hepatitis (2.6%), rash (2.3%), and alanine aminotransferase increase (2.1%) (Figure 2)
