The t shirts are shipped over here in biodegradable PVC free packaging and recycled cardboard boxes. Organic farming means no petroleum based chemical fertiliser, which has a hefty carbon footprint and can damage workers' health; the organic standard also includes strict social criteria to protect farmers.
