Art Deco Swivel Flip Ring ruby 20 carats totalAntique Art Deco swivel flip ring made in platinum. Featuring three stationary bands with single cut diamonds, square cut sapphires and rubies weighing approximately 3. 2 carats total. Circa 1925. Two hinged split bands are on either side of the stationary bands creating a unique and movable stacked band. The swivel flip ring was popular during the Art Deco era but these are hard to find and are rare. Diamond and gold mining has caused devastation in
