Condition: the pin doesn't secure in the clasp on the dragon on its own

Paddock Wood (Kent) is a small place (probably was just a tiny village when this was made) and not a place we have come across for any tool-makers so I suspect this was a niche tool-maker / saw-maker which makes the saw all the more interesting

Crowned Eagle? Cap Badge military largest 12mm (approx)What we think is an eagle wearing a crown cap badge. We are new to badges so only have limited knowledge at present. Condition: the beam at the back has been bent over (presumably to make a tighter fit however this is tight to the badge) please see photos for condition
