Balblair 1990 Vintage 16yo 17% LaphroaigThis 2nd release of the Balblair 1990 Vintage was produced before the distillery moved away from vintages to age statements. Distilled in 1990, matured in a combination of American oak ex bourbon casks and Spanish oak ex sherry butts, and bottled in 2014. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: The aroma is spicy yet sweet and is punctuated with notes of raisins, toffee and honey. Hints of vanilla, chocolate
