It is hand cut and sewn together using two shades of blue cashmere blend wool for the outer layer, and is embellished with 3 vintage 50s plastic buttons sewn on the rim. I preshrink my 100% black cotton flannel for the lining. This makes this cozy tam feel comfortable and also eliminates hat hair because all the materials in this hat are not
