Italian Lace Ruffle Skirt | Onyx (2 sizes) Size:L These 100% cotton tea towelsThis opulent, 4 tiered ruffle skirt is made of Italian lace with a light cotton lining, making it dramatic but wearable. With four ties left & right on both the top and bottom layers, the skirt can be gathered to different degrees to personalize and change its length and shape. It has elastic thread in the back waistband and two sets of shell buttons in the front for a cozy fit around the waist. Unbutton and fold down the waist to wear it low waisted.
