Rose Bird Pillow Jan2025 The main inspiration for my"Embroidered designs of birds, nature, and geometric patterns that represent traditional Guatemalan costumes." This work of art was designed and hand stitched by Flora Tejaxn Chuy, member of the Sumpango embroidery group. The embroidery is done in a variety of stitches in mostly shades of rose, salmon, pink and more. The design is a combination of birds, geometrics on a deep indigo fabric. Beautiful on the couch or the bed.
