It is for officer personnel of the railway security branch (bahnschutzpolizei). It is produced in light blue wool that has ever so slight wear and discoloration. The top folds and the side scallops are piped in silver mesh piping. The front of the cap has a silver metallic soutache. The eagle is silver flat wire over blue and cockade is bullion. The eagle
